FAQ: On a need-to-know basis, here are all the details.

Cancellation/No-Show/Rescheduling

A credit or debit card on file is required to book an appointment.

Cancellations + rescheduling/shortening of appointments must be done a minimum of 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time to avoid late-cancellation fees.

Late cancellations are subject to 50% charge of total services booked.

No-Shows are subject to 100% charge of total services booked.

Clients who are more than 15 minutes late are considered a no-show.

What to expect:

Brow Services

NO exfoliants of any kind prior to ANY brow appointments. Includes tretinoin, retin-A, AHA/BHA, chemical peels, etc. Stop use a min. of 5 days prior.

Brow Lamination: Keep brows dry for first 24 hours, use provided aftercare serum nightly.

Lasts 5-8 weeks.*

Brow Shaping(+tint): Must have 4 weeks of hair growth. Must be able to keep brows try for 24 hours as to not disturb the tint.

What to expect:

Lash Services

Clients should always arrive with clean, mascara free lashes. Be prepared to lie still with eyes closed for the duration of your service.

Lash Extensions: NO mascara or oil based products on the lashes. Clients must maintain their full set with a fill every 2-3 weeks. Anything beyond 3.5 weeks requires a fresh full set. *I do NOT perform ‘outside fills’*

Lash Lifts: Keep lashes dry for first 24 hours, use provided aftercare serum nightly.

Lasts 5-8 weeks.*
